Spiegal suggests that hypnosis is a very powerful means of changing the way we use our minds to control the perception of our bodies and that hypnotherapy had a better success rate compared to other types of therapy.
Research carried out during 1970 by Alfred A. Barrios also found that hypnotherapy stood out amongst the crowd with the "highest rate of overall lasting success of the different therapies". and by far the most effective and fastest method for changing thought patterns, behaviours, habits, fears and negative self images that are often the underlying cause of many ongoing issues. Mind really can overcome matter - drug free.
Hypnosis can help you remember forgotten events, this can be from this life or previous lives. The conscious mind is the protector, forever alert telling you what it thinks you want to know, Reaching the powerful subconscious allows access to core blocks, almost like an investigator - opening them up, understanding them and releasing them to create the space for phenomenal change.
